Global Technology giant IBM have published a report into the successful Call&Check trial in the UK.
The service, which operated under the name Safe and Connected, brought together an exciting range of partner organisations to tackle isolation, loneliness and associated vulnerabilities in three communities in England.
The scheme was funded by the UK Central Government (the Home office) and delivered by a collaboration between Call&Check and their partners NexJ Health, Royal Mail, Local Government (Liverpool, North Yorkshire and London Borough of Kingston) together with Staywell and Age Concern charities.
The team at Call&Check welcome the report and continue their work in this field.
